The Language Institute manages the reservation of Van Hise seminar rooms 951, 1251, 1351, and 1418.
Seminar rooms 951, 1251, and 1351 have a capacity of about 20 people and are equipped with a projector with HDMI cable connection and a projection screen. Seminar room 1418 has a capacity of about 50 people and is equipped with an 85-inch large screen display, Wireless Presentation connection(preferred), as well as USB-C connection (back-up).
Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority to Van Hise departments and programs.
