Reopening Van Hise Hall
In order to limit the population density in the building, everyone from the Language Institute who will work in the building on a regular basis needs to inform Jana Martin, associate director, of the specific days and times when they will be present. Martin will make sure that this information is recorded on the building calendar, which is managed by the building manager and LSS department administrator Erika Schock. In cases of drop-ins for a brief period of time, respective individuals need to contact Martin at least 24 hours in advance so their presence in the building can be recorded.
If working in Van Hise, please make sure to visit the Reopening Van Hise Hall website.
