Are you planning to earn a degree or a certificate in a language? Are you proficient in a language other than English? Do you have a passion or interest in working with young children and adolescents? There is a high need for language teachers in Wisconsin and throughout the nation. Come learn how you can become a part of this rewarding and impactful profession.
Join us for this information session where we will share about UW-Madison’s new M.S. degree in World Language Education, an accelerated 12-month master’s degree program that will give you the qualifications to become a certified PK-12 language teacher. There are pathways for a variety of languages, including Chinese (Mandarin), French, German, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Latin, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish. The session will also address available grants and scholarships. We hope to see you there!
